When you send a request

We save the details you submit to record your visitor interest, respond to your inquiry, or handle your privacy request. These necessary request-processing purposes are separate from optional marketing permission. If you choose interests, these are included. Campaign source, medium, and campaign name may also be saved with an event inquiry.

Visitor interest and event updates

Entry is free. Visitor interest does not guarantee admission or reserve a place. The event is October 23-24, 2026, Friday, October 23: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and Saturday, October 24: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Miami local time, at Ponce Circle Park in Coral Gables. This website does not issue tickets or collect payments.

Event updates are a separate marketing subscription. Only an explicit request with the current permission text followed by email confirmation activates it. Historical consent and sponsor inquiries do not enroll you. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours and work once. You can unsubscribe through any marketing email; later visitor or sponsor requests do not undo your unsubscribe.

Website measurements

We count participation clicks, form starts, and saved submissions. These aggregate counters do not contain names, email addresses, card details, or a persistent visitor identifier. No advertising pixels or analytics cookies are used.

Protecting your details

Requests are stored in the website database and are available to authorized operators. A daily hashed network identifier helps limit abusive submissions. Your inquiry is not published on the website. Resend processes email delivery when configured. We store pending email jobs, minimal delivery and bounce/complaint records, hashed link tokens, and consent history. Email request payloads containing links are encrypted at rest. An email outage does not erase your saved request. Bounces and complaints can suppress further delivery.

Questions, corrections, or deletion

Use the form below to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from updates. Privacy requests are stored separately from your sponsorship or visitor inquiry. They do not subscribe you to marketing updates.

If you intentionally submit updated details of the same type with the same email, they update that request while preserving its original identifier and team follow-up status. A network retry reuses the same submission receipt and does not queue another email. An intentional new visitor or sponsor request queues a new acknowledgement. Unsubscribe applies to marketing; the team may still respond to a new inquiry. To rejoin after unsubscribing, contact the team through this privacy form; submitting another inquiry will not re-enroll you.
